Jetset Plumbing came to assess my hot water system as I’ve had no hot water. My electric system was very old with signs of rust. Jem explained clearly the situation so I could understand. Instead of doing a patch up job which would soon fail again we made the decision to replace my old system with a new one. I was impressed that he wanted to explain things to my son so he would be happy with my decision. As I’m in my 70s with no knowledge of plumbing, this gave me confidence that I wasn’t being ripped off.
Jetset was prompt so the system was replaced the morning after I called them. They were efficient, respectful, pleasant and related really easily with me,
It was a pleasure having Jetset doing the work for me. I highly recommend Jetset for excellent plumbing service

Doug came to check out our drain pipes and found the issue very fast and gave us some recommendations on what steps to take. He showed us the problem via a video, and drew us a picture of the problem so we understood what it was completely. He was very helpful, nice and easy to talk to. He also helped us find a good quote and added a hot water tank replacement to be done at the same time.
The work was booked in for the following day, and the boys arrived and were very efficient and hard working, and got everything fixed within 7 hours (whole sewerage replacement and hot water system install)!! They were all very nice people and were happy to have a chat. They went above and beyond in their service, including fixing a tap that wasn't their responsibility and throwing out some stuff we had laying around the yard.
Genuinely very appreciative of this team.

They were prompt initially when coming to give a quote, as I had a leak on the incoming water main, but it was the following day that I had a leak detection test which had to be delayed as it was raining. It was rescheduled for the Monday, which was again delayed by a larger job.By the time I had the test done and repaired it was about a week. The communication was as it should have been, but the job was just delayed by outside factors.
Ben was fabulous, and arrived on time, and communicated everything well with videos, as I had to work and was not there.

Whenever we need plumbing services, we call Jetset Plumbing. This week Joe Jackson from Jetset inspected our hot water and gas problem, worked with us to come-up with a plan to re-establish the hot water and gas service to the house - and then completed all the work within 24hrs! - zero hassles and zero add-on costs.

It was the Poonami event of 2024! We had a plumbing crisis with blocked toilets and sewerage flooding the bathroom. Jacob and Zane were Amazing. We actually weren’t home. Zane and Jacob fixed the problem quickly and communicated with us all the way through. They fixed some extra bits and pieces for us on the spot and they CLEANED UP THE MESS!!! I have GLUED their contact details to the fridge!!! Highly recommend!!

I am pleased to provide my recognition of excellent plumbing work by Ben and Nathan from Jetset Plumbing. Ben arrived, bang on time, to investigate and rectify a water leak in the outer brick wall of our property. This involved initial inspection of potential internal leaks (resulting in Ben's full servicing of taps and replacement of the toilet cistern in our ensuite) then pressure testing to verify there was a leaking pipe in the outer brick wall. He returned together with Nathan (again bang on time) to remove bricks, cut waste pipes for access, replace the damaged section of the cold water pipe and reinstall the brickwork and waste pipes. As a final pressure test revealed extremely high water pressure they installed a pressure reduction valve at the external water meter. All of this work was performed efficiently and competently and they explained each step in the procedure and maintained a pleasant attitude throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing job and congratulate Jetset on employing them.
I engaged Ben from the Jetset plumbing team to replace a hot water temperature relay valve on our internal water heater. As on a previous job, Ben arrived promptly (having suspended a previously booked job due to rain) and completed the valve replacement efficiently and effectively (including patiently dealing with an unexpectantly uncooperative nut on a connecting pipe!). Ben has a pleasant manner and is always willing to explain aspects of the required work to the customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

This is my 2nd review as I called the company again because of the great job they did for me 4 years ago. Once again I was very grateful for their professionalism and down to earth ethics. Good to see the company hasn't changed over the years.... They are still so easy to deal with.... Same great results and customer service... And if you are lucky enough to get Rhys and his offsider you know you'll be in good hands. Thanks again!!!!!!
